Behaviour

Our School Charter summarises our behaviour policy and the expectations of our pupils to:

Do all their class work and homework as well as they can.
Take responsibility for their own work and conduct.
Be helpful and friendly to all.
Treat other people and their belongings with care and respect.
Respect all visitors and adults working in the school.
Look after the school property, buildings and grounds.

We also have colourful behaviour ‘ladders’ displayed around the school so that the children can clearly identify the consequences of their actions.

The children enjoy trying to collect stickers and merits to show what a great attitude to life and learning they have!

Our Governors recently set out our Behaviour Principles, after consulting staff, parents and pupils. It is attached below:
