St Peter's School is easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties and those using a wheelchair.
The whole school is ground floor level, there are no steps into reception and the corridors and doorways are wide. One of the classes has already been fitted with a ramp into the back entrance and the rest of the classes could be fitted with ramps if the need arises.
The school has a purpose-built and newly decorated disabled toilet, equipped with a 'help' alarm.
All furniture in classrooms are fully moveable to accomodate children who use mobility aids.
